Meal plan for August 15th - 21st

Hopefully you can gleam some ideas if you're stuck on what to make this week.

Monday - Thai chicken & rice with grilled veggies.  Got the recipe from an acquaintance who is from Thailand.  If I don't screw it up, I'm happy to share the recipe.

Tuesday - Pot roast with potatoes and carrots, and coleslaw on the side.

Wednesday - Chicken tortilla soup from the crockpot.

Thursday - Breakfast for dinner.

Friday - Eggplant parmesan, and grilled veggies on the side.  Can't decide if the parm would be best over noodles or as a sandwich.

Saturday - No idea.  Probably pizza and grilled veggies.

Sunday - Family dinner at my parent's house.
